Surya Adiwijaya Soepono
Aged 50 years old, Indonesian citizen. Earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Atma Jaya Catholic University, Jakarta. Appointed as a Commissioner of the Company in a Resolution of the Annual General Meeting in 2024. This resolution is set forth in deed number 8 dated June 11, 2024, drawn up in the presence of Notary Public Gatot Widodo, S.E., S.H., M.Kn., Notary Public in Jakarta. He commenced his career as Sales Manager at PT Sibalec (1999-2000). He then held the position of President Director of PT Sinarbaru Tetap Agung (2000-2017) and has held the position of President Director of PT Sumberdaya Sinarbaru (2020-present). He has also held the position of Director of PT Sinar Baru Medan (2001-present). He held the position of Director of PT Hotelindo Murni (2006-2016) and has since held the position of Commissioner of PT Hotelindo Murni and PT Erdikha Elit Sekuritas (2016-present).
